Winter camp registration

To participate in our activities, you must complete and send to socceracademyflorence@gmail.com 1) the membership form, 2) the activity registration form, and 3) the winter camp registration form, which can be downloaded below.

NB: Those who are already registered for seasonal activities need only complete form 3, the winter camp information form.

NB: To register, you must submit a sports medical certificate valid for the period of the activity.

Staff: UEFA coaches, athletic trainers, goalkeeper trainers, former professional players

Included in registration: basic accident insurance, SAF T-shirt, snack
