SUMMER CAMP REGISTRATION
To participate in our activities, you must complete and send to socceracademyflorence@gmail.com 1) the membership form, 2) the activity registration form, and 3) the summer camp information form, which can be downloaded below.
NB: Those who are already registered for seasonal activities need only complete form 3, the summer camp information form.
NB: To register, you must submit a sports medical certificate valid for the period of the activity.

When: June 11-12, Week of June 15-19, Week of June 22-26 (except June 24)
Hours: Full Day -> 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (snack and lunch); Half day -> 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (snack and lunch); Half day -> 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (snack)
Where: Don Bosco Sports Field, Via del Ghirlandaio 42, Florence
Staff: UEFA coaches, athletic trainers, goalkeeper trainers, former professional players
Included in registration: Basic accident insurance, clothing kit, snack/lunch
